Joe Hutchison

President / Chairman of the Board

Joes vision is to provide leadership to the firm's executives and other employees, and sets the tone for the corporate culture of Hutchison Engineering, Inc.


Jim Burke

Executive Vice President / Board Secretary

Jim is responsible for managing the Jacksonville office, coordination with clients, and acting as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. 


Joe Deen

Vice President, Director of Finances and Human Resources / Board Director

Joe is responsible for the financial health of the firm as well as directing all human resource activities.


Shane Larson

Senior Vice President / Director of Business Development & Talent Acquisition / Board Director

Shane is responsible for client relations throughout central Illinois and directing business development and talent acquisition activities for the firm.


Anthony Miller

Vice President / Director of Facilities

Anthony is responsible for directing facility improvements and operations for the Jacksonville office and managing transportation projects.


Jim Threadgill

Vice President / Director of Operations - Shorewood

Jim is responsible for managing all aspects of the Shorewood office including client relations, projects, and staff. 


Tom Winkelman

Vice President / Director of Structures and Surveys

Tom is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s Structures Department including client relations, projects, and staff. 


Ryan Bradle 

Director of Operations – Peoria

Ryan is responsible for managing all aspects of the Peoria office including client relations, projects, and staff. 


JD Schulte 

Director of Operations – Quad Cities

JD is responsible for managing all aspects of the Quad Cities office including client relations, projects, and staff. 


Kevin Grammer

Director of Operations – Southern Illinois

Kevin is responsible for managing all aspects of the Carbondale office including client relations, projects, and staff. 


Michael Purol

Director of Operations – Missouri

Michael is responsible for managing all aspects of the Hannibal office including client relations, projects, and staff. 


Marcy Leach

Director of Operations – Wisconsin

Marcy is responsible for managing all aspects of the Beloit office including client relations, projects, and staff.  Additionally Marcy manages utility locating operations for the company.
