HEI was selected by the City of Washington to provide preliminary and construction engineering services including preparation of plans, specifications, estimates and full construction oversight for the construction of a recreational trail along Cruger Road. This .8-mile project consists of constructing 10’ wide concrete recreational trail and earthwork. The project was funded with federal TAP funds distributed through the Peoria Metropolitan Planning Organization which required additional coordination with IDOT and FHWA.
