North Pekin Village Hall

HEI was selected by the Village of North Pekin to construct a new village hall on an empty site within the village limits. The site design included parking lot and sidewalk layout to accommodate ADA accessibility, water and sewer system design and storm water system design including on-site detention. HEI's responsibilities included survey, construction observation and materials testing.
