HEI is the Engineer for the Village of North Pekin. The Village requested HEI to determine repairs needed to their water tower, develop specifications, estimates and provide construction engineering services. HEI worked with Dixon Engineering to perform a thorough inspection of the water tower. From the inspection results, HEI developed bid documents. The project included the addition of OSHA compliant railings, ladders and hatches as well as blast cleaning and painting the wet interior and power washing and painting the exterior.
