Anthony began his career at Hutchison Engineering following his graduation from Oklahoma State University in 1991. He initially served as Project Engineer for the firm’s transportation division. Anthony now serves as a Project Manager responsible for all aspects of the development and completion of transportation and municipal infrastructure projects in the firm’s Jacksonville office.

Mr. Miller has experience in the planning and design of transportation facilities ranging from simple local rural highways to complex urban multi-lane roadways and freeways, recreational facilities, and commercial and residential land development. He also has experience in the planning, permitting, and design of water and sewer conveyance and treatment facilities.

Anthony is registered as a licensed professional engineer in Illinois and Iowa and is a licensed Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.
